It is a recognition platform created by Consumidor Moderno in partnership with CX Brain to highlight the best Customer Experience cases developed in Brazil. The project aims to disseminate best practices applied by companies that excel in CX through innovation, technology, engagement, and real impact on customers.
If your company is part of the Customer Experience value chain and has developed cases in partnership with other organizations, your participation is highly encouraged.
BPOs, agencies, consultancies, and technology providers may submit cases developed for their clients, provided they use the official data of these companies during registration and have the express consent and participation of the responsible executive from the contracting company.
Each company may submit as many cases as they wish, provided they meet the criteria set out in the regulations.
