Participants must submit a detailed document (in word or PDF) for our team, highlighting their successful strategy. This material must include both quantitative and qualitative data
The cases will be carefully analyzed by CX Brain, the Data Intelligence Unit of the Standard Group. The criteria evaluated involve: impact, innovation, engagement, and replication potential.
The winners will have a unique opportunity to have your cases recognized at CX Made in Brazil, in addition to receiving certification and high-level highlight in the digital edition of the magazine Consumidor Moderno.

If your company is part of the Customer Experience value chain and has developed cases in partnership with other organizations, your participation is highly encouraged.
BPOs, agencies, consultancies, and technology providers may submit cases developed for their clients, provided they use the official data of these companies during registration and have the express consent and participation of the responsible executive from the contracting company.
Each company may submit as many cases as desired, provided they meet the criteria established in the regulations.
